Before The Swan Bakery ever existed, there was a little girl on her mother’s kitchen floor — not quite tall enough to reach the counter, but filled with curiosity. She stirred bowls with a wooden spoon far too big for her hands, surrounded by clouds of flour and the scent of warm vanilla. It wasn’t about perfection back then — it was about joy. About making something with love. Years later, life moved fast — faster than it should. Somewhere between expectations and exhaustion, she found herself feeling a little lost, a little adrift, like a feather floating on the wind. And then… she noticed something. Everyone always picks up a beautiful feather. Why? Because it’s delicate. Grounded, yet light. A quiet reminder to pause. To breathe. To return to what matters.

Each treat is handmade with intention, inspired by my deep love for the calm, creative rhythm of baking.
